Facility Rentals
Christ Church offers space available for one-time events such as wedding receptions, movie shoots, documentary filming, engagement parties, anniversary celebrations, birthday parties, baptisms, repasts, meetings, seminars, conferences, conventions, workshops, and day camps.
Information about bookings for continuing meeting sessions is available on request.
To ensure availability of space for your event, please book at least two weeks in advance.

Sanctuary / Concert Venue
Picturesque air-conditioned worship area is available for concerts, recitals, and performances.
Seating capacity: 175
Rate: $100 per hour, with a minimum occupancy of 3 hours. A baby grand piano and/or an organ may be available at an additional cost.
Upper Hall
Attractive, well-lit, air-conditioned hall with hardwood floor and a stage.
Occupancy:
110 (with chairs and tables)
150 (with chairs only)
200 (Standing Room)
Rate: $75 per hour, for minimum 3 hours
Prep / Warming Kitchen
The adjacent spacious kitchen is available at $25 per hour for warming food and making coffee or tea (cooking not permitted). All supplies, dishes and cutlery must be supplied by persons renting the space. However, there is access to a refrigerator, stove and large coffee urns.
Fellowship / Boardroom
Adjoining the upper hall and kitchen is a bright and airy room which would be excellent for small gatherings, meetings, a serving/set-up room or for counseling. It has a seating capacity of 15-20, and is available at a cost of $40/hour, for a minimum of 3 hours.
How to Book Our Facilities
Please review the details and terms below and complete the “Single Event Reservation” form. A representative will reach out to confirm your booking. If you desire an on-going rental arrangement, please call us during office hours.

Booking Fees
Please submit payment at least one week prior to your event. Cheques should be made payable to Parish of Christ Church, Scarborough Village. A separate cheque in the amount of a refundable security deposit is also required.
Insurance
Proof of Insurance coverage is required for ALL events, when payment is submitted. If your group does not have coverage, it can be purchased through the Diocese at web site: http://programs.aon.ca/content/event-churches/home-en.html
